A Spooky Halloween at the Texas Rose

So, I bet y’all have gone to a couple of Halloween parties last Saturday or going to some tonight? Well, I’m a party pooper this year…no costume {although there’s lots of parties to go to}. I was out of town for a week then chaperoned my sister and a friend for about a week after that to amazing places this part of Texas {Austin, San Antonio & the Texas Hill Country}. I’m a bit pooped to party! But do not feel bad for me… I had my Halloween party early in Roundtop a month early. Here’s a spread by the wonderful Vickie at the Texas Rose.

The food was real but sadly, the taxidermy rats were too! Don’t you think she did such an adorable spread? Antique show vendors are amazing at props & food styling! So, did you decorate for Halloween or made some boo-tiful crafts? Do share!

Details are my passion. From curating vignettes to designing spaces. I thrive in finding the finds and just discovered the art of collecting...all while sipping on a cafe au lait & a french macaroon in hand.
