I know it kinda sounds boring…rounding up coir mats. But really, I spent a good 2 hours [maybe 3] trying to choose which doormat I would buy for the front door, Thank goodness I narrowed it down to coir mats. Rubber is just out of the question, aluminum is great but really, it gets muddy outside so we needed something that can clean the bottom of our shoes.So, coir mats it is! I compared pricing on 36 x 22 inch mats and surprise, surprise… or no surprise? They ranged from $55-$75. Of course there are some variations in the look but in the end, my choice was Plow and Hearth’s. It arrived a few days ago and get this, it’s even about 1/2 to an inch thicker than the others and the size for the price was a 24 x 39 inch. It does help to comparison shop!
