Handmade for HGTV | Fabric Scrap Cafe Curtains

For the second installment of my HGTV.com contributions {see my first one here} , my task was to make a window covering from fabric scraps. As always, the most important thing with these handmade items is they have to be easy. I totally would say this would be in the very, very, very easy button.
